At MENAGERIE Intimates, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene liners and garment tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
